LOCATION
The home is on a very quiet street with few cars, yet close to all the activity. It is ideally and centrally located on the East side, two and one half blocks to the famous Pleasure Point surf and East Cliff walking/biking along the cliffs. A walk or bike ride takes you to Capitola Village in one direction. In the other direction is the Santa Cruz Marina and Main Beach. Two and one half blocks from the house is a great very popular beach. The beach is dog friendly, and fires and barbeques are allowed. This is a locals favorite! Hear the waves crashing from two directions.
